I wasn't at the house the day the job was done I was in work. North Wales Roofing Ltd provided me with full pictures from the start to the end of the job clearly showing it had been done to a high standard with nothing being hidden or left out. The time it took to do the job and turning up on time shows the difference. Karl and his team carried out a more thorough investigation and I could see for myself it was far more complicated than first thought. This involved moving some solar panels to see what lay underneath. The roof needed refelting, battening, some new tiles on the roof and the ridge tiles recemented. his team worked until 8pm that night to get a lot of the work done. The work comes with a 15 year guarantee. Everything was put back and reinstated. All mess was taken away. Karl kept me informed with pictures on his cell phone. All in all a brilliant job completed by very professional people.

Our house is a 3 storey with a less than straight forward roof shape (and two ground floor bays) and not a simple project to undertake. The roofer gave me daily updates on the progress of the roof. I paid what was quoted and I was not asked for any other monies. I found them very honest and trustworthy and the quote was very competitive. They used the best materials as initially discussed. They also replaced all our guttering, soffits and downpipes. The guys who mainly did the work were Tony and Woz and they grafted. They worked hard and did a first class job, nothing was too much trouble. They finished the job in just over two weeks and even worked two Saturdays to make up time lost due to bad weather. My wife and I are thoroughly satisfied with our new roof and the work and the service North Wales Roofing Ltd provided and we would highly recommend them.

ElvynO Yell CustomerWind ripped off parts of our dry verge system on two gable ends. The next day the Cavalry arrived in the shape of North Wales Roofing Ltd who came to work next door. They agreed to replace both our dry verge systems. They did this very quickly, efficiently and cleaned up and removed all the rubbish.
